Brey Krause or what? I need to keep them as low as possible.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I vote Brey Krause for sure
GMG worth a look? Which mount system is currently lowest while staying back from the steering wheel? It looks like floor mounts have limited/no flexible positioning.

If you are the only one driving then can set it and forget it with floor mounts and have lowest possible height, plus cost should be less than GMG full mount. I bought a set of Brey Krause side mounts and sub belt mount then an Audi TT manual slider from ECS Tuning which is same as a 996 slider. If the seat stays in the 996, eventually I will take out the slider to go a little lower and get a floor mount. Brey Krause quality is great in my experience so far with these parts plus a harness bar for my 991. Thats why I vote Brey Krause, that and they are very helpful and informative if you call them.
Thanks. I have a set of stock manual sliders. Looks like they add an inch or so. I'll look at the floor mount installs to see how they are done.
I have always wondered how much you can expect to move the seat with the floor mounts. Are there more holes than it looks like or do you drill your own? They look like there are only a couple of positions. I guess you can mount to the back hole, seems like sliders would give more rearward positioning. https://rennlist.com/forums/diy-subm...pic-heavy.html
