Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Four out of five of the clips on the small panel (1 in the diagram) below the rear window are broken/missing on my car, which results in excessive rattling and squeaking from that panel. I want to get new clips, but I'd like to make sure I'm ordering the correct item. The parts list indicates it should be item 2 (p/n 99950768705) based on location and that it requires five, however the image in the diagram does not look anything like the actual clip as shown in my pic. Can anyone verify that 99950768705 is the correct part? I know from experience that clip 3 is not the correct one...

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks! That's not exactly how mine looks, but it seems that it's mainly a change in finish. Guess I just need to take my chances and order them...

Hi! I know this is an old post, but I see you are still active. Did you order the clip? Did it fit? (I have the exact same problem, only two gold-colored clips, and I need to get some additional ones)

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yup! I picked up five from my local dealer and they did the job just fine. No more rattles- at least not from that piece!
