Hey guys, new to the forums, well Ive had an account but never posted lol. So in September I bought a 02 C2 from a Porsche dealership in Maryland, Im up in NY. They did some work on the car before I got the car. They did: 1. IMS (LN Engineering) 2. RMS 3. Belt 4. brakes I did my motor mounts. Went for a spirited drive out East 70-85mph most of the way. Came home parked the car and came back outside to see a few spots under the car, touched it and it seemed to be oily but it wasnt dripping anymore, put a cardboard box under it and still nothing. Any idea of what it can be? Nothing seems to be wet underneath either. Not sure what it could be.. considering the work that was done to the car. This seems to be the area of the wet spot closest to the rear bumper.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Found where oil slowly dripping. Heres a picture
Doesn't that look like the oil is coming from where the engine mates up with the gear box? If so, they did not do a good job with the RMS, or the IMS. One of the two is leaking pretty bad.
Ya, I guess Ill have to call the dealer see if a Porsche dealer can make it right, Porsche did the work .. they should fix it .. atleast thats what I think lol

I think you've answered your own question. I would imagine that either the rear main seal or IMS bearing is leaking the oil. Of course, it could be something else, but based on what's been done to your car recently, my bet is on the recent service.
Could be trans fluid?
