Guys finally the pics of my C4S along with my 99 SL500. Just got the car for less than 2 weeks. 03 Basalt Blk with 15,500 miles and X51 package

Looks like Atlas/Black - correct? Same as mine except mine's an '04 (very little change if any). What's your mileage, options? Enjoying it as much as I am? They're awesome machines. Good luck - she's a beaut!!

Great looking C4S...can't get enough of those widebodied 996s. If you don't mind me asking since I'm on the lookout for either a 996C4S or 996TT, how is the market in your neck of the woods?? (i.e. details of purchase...did not realize x51 was avail for C4S...how much HP is that?, other options, CPO?, price?). I'm currently in DEN and visit PHX occasionaly but homebase is CA. We might get snow today....missing Pacific Coast Hwy One.

How do the two compare ?

Hello 996 C4S, Very nice ride and pics too!!

mtv65 I purchased the car from a private seller through Auto trader who took great care on this machine! It only has 15k miles and the only thing the car needs now are rear tires. I paid $58,500 for the car which I think is fair for 03 model. Best of all the X51 pkg increase power from 320 to 345.

Gregg The SL was my first dream car and it handles like a cruiser but the C4S handles like nothing I've ever experienced, pure sports handling. Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After driving the 911 it's hard for other cars to measure up

wow - 58.5K... thats an amazing deal!

nice car, for 1 simple reason! it's same colour as mine (basalt black right code LC9Z, right? i dont know why, but mine looks like a bit lower... maybe is juust the pictures...

.. and 58.5k makes it as cheap as a 2001 here in italy (2003's are around 60-65k euros, that is more than 70k $, depending on the options!)

996 C4S, that's an awesome deal!! You stole that thing. At least now I've got a better gauge...best deal I've gotten so far is an 02 C4S with a few options but without the x51 power kit (wasn't available until 03 I think) with <15k miles for about the same price as yours. I definitely can do better. Also, a few 01 Turbos are starting to pop up within this price range as well so gotta consider those as well....and there's the 40th Anniv 911.....can't really go wrong with any of these I guess. 1st picture is the 02 C4S with <15k miles, 2nd is an 01 Turbo with ~30k miles (within $5k of each other...seems really obvious which one to choose)

That's really awesome, dude. I think that's the first C4s I've ever seen with an x51 package. I'm pretty sure someone ordered that from the factory that way. I doubt a dealer would order that as a lot car. -Charles

Nice ride, looks just like mine - I've got about 10k on it, but bought it last year with 6500 miles for 62k. Like that SL too, like the monoblock rims...

Thanks No work done to the interior. However it's got silver center console, white instrument cluster and sports seats all from factory

Actually, it's aluminum instrument cluster (unless the car was white and had matching color instrument cluster option).
