Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

17 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have finaly decided to sell my beloved C4S. Silver w/ black supple, full carbon, xenon. Original list was $89,600 and I have all records. Is $45k reasonable?

POST 3Original post

$45k is too low. 4 year old car with 51K miles is only 12.7K per year. There is a guy that recently bought an '03 C4S with the X51 package with only 15K miles and he paid in the neighborhood of $58. Everyone who read his post said he got a GREAT deal. Here is a link to that thread: https://rennlist.com/forums/996-forum/303899-pics-of-my-03-c4s.html I just did a search on AutoTrader.com for 2003 911's with all wheel or 4 wheel drive and found 36 cars with various mileage amounts and got the following price ranges. Some were C4 and some were C4S. High - $74,900 Low - $44,900 Average - $64,300

POST 4Original post

Somebody somewhere looking for a great deal on an '03 C4S is pissed at WFO and Tim right about now.

POST 5Original post

yeah, I was going to repost telling RBS to forget what I said, and that I PM'd him.

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Forgot to mention that it is CPO'd to 100k

POST 8Original post

Looks like the C4S value is holding good. I hope it continous to hold 'til next year, when it's my time to upgrade.

POST 9Original post

I would estimate that the low to mid fifties range would be a reasonable price, even w/51k mi, depending on options.

POST 12 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'm located in Westchester County NY.

POST 13Original post

I just sold my 993 and my NSX so you can Imagine how the $$$is burning a hole in my pocket ! Thanks, Gregg [email removed]

POST 14Original post

Charlie - yeah, actually, I thought about that. However, while I may give some Newbies some sh*t about posting some pics, his number was so low that I just HAD to supply him with some relevant info. It's one thing to give them a little grief, but it's another thing to let them screw themselves out of thousands of dollars on the sale of a car. BTW RBS - where the hell are the #&*^%-ing pics! (Private note to RBS: Sorry that I had to call you out for not posting any pics, but I had to do it so the other guys on the forum don't think I'm getting soft on Newbies. Do me a favor and don't tell them I explained this to you, OK? )

POST 16Original post

see if Bill or Hilary would take up the offer? charge them more and get the spread booked as a politcal donation!

POST 17Original post

Looking at eBay and autotrader.com, (not taking mileage into account), 2003 C4S's range from 58500 to 67950, with a median price of about $63000. $45000 definitely would be on the low end.
