Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Anyone use this product? Seems like a clever idea if they work, but their not exactly cheap. My tires always flat spot after sitting for a few days. The ride does smooth out after a few miles, but I do find it annoying. I'm curious if the product works as advertised. Is it a pain get the car perfectly lined up to drive onto them? Do they stay put on the garage floor?

POST 2Original post

I've used them, they do work. Lining the car up isn't a problem, it just took a little practise get up on them and to know where to stop. I stopped using them when I started driving my car everyday.

POST 3Original post

I have been racing for 16 years and driving street porsches for 7, and I cannot figure out what purpose the tire cradles serve. Sometimes I will go out to practice on tires that have been sitting on the race car in storage for six months and it takes one good burn out from pit lane to un-flat-spot them.
