It's hard to tell in this little photo, but the dash stitching runs all the way across the dash... a classy touch. I personally would prefer an all leather wheel (no metallic accents) and relocation of the clock/lap timer. The "revised" Carrera 5 spokes look SWEET!

geeze that's ugly... it looks kind of like the G35 interior... you know with that steering wheel and the clock on the center dash... ugggh

I don't like the round shifter, the center clock, or the button-busy steering wheel, and I really don't like the back brake lights (saw them on another thread). Of course, I just bought a 996, so I may be over-critical on the 997s.

It really does look like the new Nissan/Infiniti treatments their cars get (mixed with Bangle's BMWs). The more I see it, the less offended I am, but there's just something about the 996 interior that I love - always did, even before I got the car. This one has no real appeal.
