Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Can anybody recommend to install an aftermarket TPMS solution? Is it worth $200 or so?

POST 2Original post

I can answer the "worth it" side of this,--definitely. With such exotic tires the earlier you know you have an issue the better all around. (I had to order it for my 06 P-car and it continues to be worth it. It is one of my default displays,--visible all the time).

POST 3Original post

Only $200, that's pretty good. Does it display pressure readings as well, or just notify if a tire falls below a certain pressure? My old '06 Passat alerted me once to a rear tire puncture that I wouldn't have noticed otherwise until it was too late......

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yes, displays pressure and temperature readings, $179. http://www.tirerack.com/accessories/...09S.TPMS&ID=55
