Did a search, but couldn't find the answer to this question: "What is the actual PART that PSE includes?" ie, is it a MUFFLER, or Catalytic, or whole exhaust system? I know that the electronics include ON/Off, 30-45 mph cutoff, etc, but when you buy PSE from dealer or off ebay, what do you get? btw, heard the sound clip of PSE. What a huge difference. You get the mufflers, electronics and thats about it..... Apart from the nice music
The latest generation PSE is part number 000-044-200-19. You get 2 mufflers, 2 clamps (to attach to cats), wiring harness and vacuum parts. It does not come with the dash switch (but includes everything you need except the switch) since there are 2 switches (left and right). Who knows what you'd get from eBay, but this is what the factory kit includes. I've had PSE on my last 2 Carreras as suggest you get just the mufflers installed--that's what I did.
