I ordered a set of spacers from FVD on April 17th, tomorrow will be two weeks and I haven't received the order...in fact I've called them up for 4 days in a row asking for a status on the order and I get two different answers... 1) I'm not sure if we've got the parts in - lemme check and get back to you 2) Our warehouse guy is sick and its hectic here with the 1000 orders we have. I don't know where you order is - lemme get back to you.. Not to mention they never call you back when they say they are going to..and its always a matter of me having to track them down - calling a couple times a day. I thought as a board sponsor they would be pretty good...but my experience hasn't been so. Are they always like this? or has anyone had better luck? I'm thinking about just cancelling the order and buying them somewhere else.... Thanks, Will

Will, I appologize about your experince with us. I believe I was the one to take your order?? If so I completely appologze. Both of those reasons/excuses are true, but I understand that is not your problem. The problem is that our warehouse guy has not been in since last Fri. and we have recieved 2 shipments in since then. Also we have outgrown our current facility and are in the process of upgrading. Between our guy not being here, and parts everywhere (we ran out of room) a couple orders have become disorganized. Again not your fault, just trying to be honest. I believe you ordered 7mm and 15mm spacers. I know we were waiting on one of the two from Germany which explains #1 we don't know if they have come in yet as the warehouse guy is out . Again none of this is your fault and shouldn't be your problem and for that I appologize. I am in NY right now and have not been in to work, but I will call in tomorrow to make sure someone takes care of this and gives you a call to give you a status and hopefully a tracking number. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you and again I appologize for putting you in this situation PS-I just put a email in and phone message for someone to call me tomorrow with your phone number and order status. You will hear from me or someone tomorrow, I promise!!!!
