Will the ROW M030 springs and shocks from a 02 cab be installed on a a 99 cab? I believe the 02 is slightly heavier than the 99 (by 100-150lbs?) and perhaps the springs could be stiffer.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Doesn't sound like a big difference to me (about the weight of a passenger), though I'm no expert. I have the row m030 on mine, and it doesn't feel that critically tuned to me. Much (!!!!) better than stock, but feels just barely damped enough to me. My M3 was better sorted out, stock. Certainly that's only one factor, and I'm not trying to nitpick the car. Enjoy!
Yes they will work. The guys who tells you differently on this board are just ****. The difference is so small. Hey even the US and ROW have the same spring rates, but the shocks are different rates. They tuned them for different markets. I'm sure you will never tell the difference unless your a good track driver.
