Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

same engine for both.. 3.4liter 296hp.. 3.6liter with 320hp came only in 2001.. c4 is a tad slower on the 0-60 timing due to weight difference, hardly noticeable.. you wouldnt want to have a c4 if you intend to drop clutches at times.. while in a c2 the event could be really entertaining (if you disable T/C that is..) C4 should be more stable though, though claimed to have more understeer (?? i am suprised, should be the opposite).. but it really depends on how, where and when you like to drive your carrera.. 2wd carrera driving experience is no substitute to some of us and personally i wouldnt want to spoil the pleasure with a 4wd factor in. I finally think 4wd performance is meant for evo's and wrx's.. i just street-raced an evo6-TM last week and the way this monster cuts corners is beyond physics.. only to be caught at high speed chases..
