Got my car back from the dealer after having the 30,000 mile service work completed and on the drive home my check engine light came on. When I go home I let the car sit to see if the light stayed on it did. In addition I noticed that the oil level appears to be over the top mark on the LED read out. Could the two situations be related? I will call the dealer on Monday but I am curious.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
