has anyone noticed water or moisture coming up through the the carpets, presumably caused by driving in wet conditions? i've noticed wet carpet underneath the floor mats on the passenger side on three different occasions. i've also seen water stains on the passenger side rear foot wells...is this from inadequate weather sealing?

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Your A/C runs all the time, moisture condenses on the evaporator, moisture accummulates into droppletts and run out the A/C plenum drain hose provided for that purpose. Your drain hose is blocked.
