Ask your dealer/salesperson. Your C4S should have come with it standard, unless you ordered the colored crests option. I have a second set of wheels, and the dealer had the best price for the addtional caps and were immediately available.

maybe try e-bay? I heard that the caps for the 993 4S are concave (or convex) or something like that - wheras the 996 has flat one - I'm not sure - but some people don't like the 993 caps - just something to think about
