In reading at November issue of the California DMV "Vehicle Industry news" today, I was saddened to learn that the legislature has added vehicle code 27150.3 and amended VC 42001 to outlaw whistle-tips! A violation of this provision is punishable by a $250 fine, and if a muffler shop installs a whistle-tip, they can be fined $1000! What will Bubb Rubb Wooo-Woo do now? (Only in Oakland..... )

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
