I am going to install these items soon and was curious what brand people generally go with, best fit, etc... I was thining of going with the Porsche Tequipment Safety Roll Bar. But the harness I was not sure as of yet. The Racers Group has a five point. Gert has the six point. I know Sparco makes them also. I want them in red. Any advantages/disadvantages? Best place to get the Porsche Tequipment Safety Roll Bar in the Tri State Area due to shipping, etc.. Or is anyone here selling their stuff? Thanks.
I, too, want a roll bar and have seen the pics of the Porsche bar on Carnewal"s website. I am still convinced that a Porsche bar with a removable cross bar exists though I haven't had anyone substantiate this. There are a few alternatives to the Porsche bar that I've seen mention of (Das, etc.) but I haven't seen pics or prices for them. If anyone reads this and has knowledge of and even better, pictures of these bars, please post them. In the meantime, I;ve ordered a Stable Energies harness bar to go with the Sparco harnesses that I ordered.
