Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Can I fit a set of golf clubs in the back seat of my '03 cab?

POST 2Original post

I used to put mine in the back seat of a coupe - on top of the folded seatbacks. Tough fit. Wouldn't even try it in my cab.

POST 3Original post

Mine and my wife's fit on the folded seat of the C4S. As for the cab, I suppose you could always throw a blanket around the bag.

POST 4Original post

I put my clubs in the back seat, but usually opt for the front passenger seat. When I put my clubs in the back it's because I have the top down. I wouldn't try it with the top up; too much to get banged around. Paul

POST 5Original post

Dr. G, I put my clubs in the back seat all time...not much of a problem (in fact put mine and my girlfriends). I usually take the drivers out, put them in first (in the foot well), then put the bags in, wrapping my golf towel around the bottom end of the bags so they dont rub against the leather...if its just my bag, I fold the seats down and put the bag on the self (still wrap the bottom tho)...

POST 6Original post

With top open, I move the passenger seat forward and place a towel over the back seat/top compartment so that the club bag rests on it. I then put the back seat belt around the bag. My bag comes off the wheels. The wheels would damage the leather. But I wouldn't even attempt it with top closed. If you have to slam on, the clubs could make a hell of a mess of your top. I figure, if you can't have the top open, it's not worth playing golf either :-)

POST 7Original post

I usually have bag/s laying across the seats, and can take the top up and down w/o a problem....
