Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

LOL....but it's not funny when it really happens! A few years ago I worked at Beverly Hills Motoring and I would drive my 911 about once a month to work. I was the manager and the guys that worked for me would always tease me that a truck backed into it, or 'where did you get that big scratch' kind of stuff. Well one day one of the guys came in and said a bird had just bombed my car. I said yeah right, get back to work! A few minutes later he came back in and said I should get the bird crap off before it damages the paint. Yeah OK, I thought he was still teasing me. About a half hour later, my boss comes in and YELLS at me about the bird crap all over my car. NOW I know its not a joke. It must have been a seagull that ate some pretty bad stuff, probably garbage from some expensive restuarant in Beverly Hills. The POOP started at the front bumper and got bigger and bigger on the way up the hood, windshield and sunroof! It was about 95 degrees that day.....so it was baked into the paint. I had to have the bumper, hood and top PAINTED, just because I thought it was a joke!
Ouch...
Worse one I had was on my blue soft top on my Cab. After I knocked off the hardened part I had to keep soaking and soaking to "get the white out" Worse thing you can do on a soft top is RUB!
