Hi, I have a 1999 C4. I was wondering if anyone knows where the sensors for the convertible compartment lid are located. My convertible light is on and I think its my convertible compartment lid that is not closed completely. Thanks

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. The only place I can think of is where the latch hook attaches near the rear view mirror.
thanks, but i think you talking about the latch on the convertible top. i was looking for the sensors for the compartment lid (the cover that moves back so the convertible can be folded in).... any clues?
Is the compartment lid opening and closing all the way when you take the top up and down? There are two microw switchs on each side of the roll bar were the side flaps go up down on a worm gear. Put the rear seats down and remove the carpet then you can see the worm gears for the side flaps. If you have a problem with ether switch when you put the top down the cover will only cose half way. It almost imposable to work on any part of the top with out a PST2.
