Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

17 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Well, I put on the H&R lowering springs yesterday. Full inch drop front and rear. The stance is great but with a 25 offset I need to roll my fenders. And with any project when you are after hours etc you find your problem parts. One rear shock is leaking So if anyone has a set of good rear wide body shocks let me know And doing a CAB is much easier with regards to the rear springs. You don't need to be a contortionist to get into the back of the car Here is Before and After

POST 4Original post

Wow ... wheels and stance make a huge difference. Outstanding!

POST 5Original post

Looks really nice. How's it ride? So the fenders need to be rolled with the drop? A

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Rides real good. Yeah they need a small roll. I also think it is partially because of that bad rear shock. I had the same wheels and tires on my white C4S with the same springs and did not need a roll. Yet on my 03TT with the same setup I needed a roll. So I cannot explain it.

POST 9Original post

Tim I applaud your loyalty to the 996 range. I really liked that white 4S. I have takeoffs from my 02 collecting dust if you're interested. I switched to coilovers a couple years back. No charge just pay for shipping.
