Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

In the GT3 order guide the option CPZ Thicker Steering Wheel says it requires Z0997. Does anyone know what Z0997 is?

POST 2Original post

Custom tailoring, I believe... Much like the European, Exclusive options.

POST 3Original post

Correct, it means Custom Tailoring and Deviations, which is the 5 page list of carbon, leather, aluminum fru-fru at the back of the order guide. My dealer said it automatically puts your order down the stack when they are scheduling production. I stayed away from that stuff and ordered a car with very few options. I found out today that I just went from a May build to an April 21 estimated completion date. Karl

Thanks for the explaination. Saw the thicker wheel (I think) on the upstairs display GT3 at Geneva motor show two weeks ago and liked it, however if it is going to delay my car I won't spec it.
