My car is having warranty work done and I was told that it would be in/out in no more than a week. I might add that I stressed how important it was to have the car finished because I have a to be back in canada with the car for immigration reasons to renew my papers and renew the SMOG on the vehicle. It is now going on over two weeks and three days. Everyday I call them and they say that it will be on the lift by the next day. No go. They say that they are busy, but when a supermodel (Paris Hilton) brings in her stupid car my service guy tears across the servce bay to take care of her car pronto even though she didn't have an appointmnent. I had an appointment, I guess that's not enough. I should get a pair of fake ***** and put on a blond wig and say I'm dolly parton. Maybe that'll get them moving what do you guys think. Another thing that really pissed me off was that my car was in an accident before it went out of warranty. Ensuing a battle with my own insurance company, the car was fixed. It took eight months! It's now just been fixed and is getting the engine/rads and coolant lines fixed due to a coolant leak.(That's a bonus**Free two year warranty on the engine again along with new alternator and all other engine hardware.) I've seen people get free loaner cars that haven't bought their cars from my dealership. I had a work order from the body shop so they honored my warranty. When I asked for a rental car they said that my car was out of warranty and that I was lucky they were even fixing it under warranty. This pissed me off since it is a recurring problem with 99 engines intermixing. I don't have another car in LA so why should I pay for a rental? I was so annoyed that I flew back to Austin to fly back the following week. They still haven't started the car! Now I fly back on wednesday and HAVE to be back in Canada. I have been a loyal Porsche owner and had planned to continue to buy Porsche vehicles. To me this treatment is uncalled for and absolutely outrageous. What should I do??

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
