Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I had a new transmission in my 04 Targa four weeks after purchasing it new (came with a bad 2nd gear synchro). Sounds like the car has a near new transmission and there's nothing wrong with that. As long as whatever went wrong was properly fixed (sounds like it was), shouldn't be a problem. These cars are not perfect and stuff happens. Of course, get a full PPI.
for $35,000...it's a steal! Get it checked out and buy it. 35,000 miles is low.
I'm leaning that way right now... the colour is a bit different but also very striking I've been without my boxster for a year now (eft it behind when moved to the US) and want to take advantage of low 911 prices in the USA (same can in UK is $65-70k
sounds like a great price. as for the repairs, things break. then they get fixed. have a PPI done at your local dealer, and if it comes out well, buy the car. it's a steal!
I bought a '99 996 with 75K and a new engine @ 68K. Seemed positive to me; potential for long life. Cost $33.5 and at 80K its still great.
Sounds like a great buy to me, as long as you get a PPI with good results..
I took a look at the car in the metal today - it felt tight and was in great condition for a 5 year old car - I put down a deposit contingent on results from a ppi
