Saw a movie called "Gumball 3000" It is coverage of the yearly cross-country race. Some amazing cars, Mclaren F1, F-50, 996TT, Diablo, TVR, Etc..... Has anyone ever been in this race or known of anyone who has? Looks like a blast! I heard the entrance fee is $25,00. I would if I had that kind of money to burn. Just wanted to see if anyone has heard of it. Thanks -Andrew
It actually began in New York at the garage under the Plaza hotel. My friend and I snuck in and checked out all the cars and they were amazing. 5 levels of exotics and european spec cars, some with the steering wheel on the passenger side. I guess when you have that much money to burn, you can drive your car in any country you want. I think next years is from Miami to San Francisco.
