I have noticed that there are several of us with 2003 C4S already on order for this Spring! And since I'm too lazy to go back through all of the messages and count , how about chiming in if 1) you already have a 03 C4S on order for this spring, 2) if you are seriously contempating it, and 3) what others are on order for this spring (turbo, C2, C4, etc.) so we can amuse ourselves with a ratio. <img src="graemlins/roflmao.gif" border="0" alt="[hiha]" />

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I have a '03 Seal Gray C4S with a Graphite Gray interior coming sometime in January. The options include: heated seats, supple leather, aluminum stick shift and hand brake, upgraded Bose sound, litronic headlights, and color wheelcaps. The most difficult part is waiting.
I've got a January build and February delivery. Black on black with red stitching throughout, red seatbelts. Some other frivolous stuff. . .interestingly, I ordered the factory sport exhaust and was informed that my car will not arrive with that installed. I haven't pushed it but last I spoke to my dealer, he said no reason was given by Porsche. I'm actually not in the least bit upset because this gives me a bit more flexibility in terms of which aftermarket exhaust and/or other mods I do. Even if I go with the factory sport exhaust, the cost will be less than the $2,400 pricetag on the order sheet and I'll have the standard exhaust as well.
Rumster, be sure to post pics of your car when it arrives. That setup is going to look awesome. I'm planning to take plenty of pictures of my car when it arrives this month. It's now officially January, so technically the car could come any day now. We'll see...
Just talked with the dealer and my estimated build date is January 28th. He says to expect 4-6 weeks for delivery. That would put me into March, but a bit closer to spring here in Chicago. I will look for those pictures AustinL! I am definitely going to put aftermarket wheels before the car hits the street, in addition to the exhaust. Right now, I am thinking about the Gemballa Competition 2-piece wheels. I really haven't seen a good quality picture of those wheels on a 996 so if anybody has one. . .
Russ, Did the video help a bit? You might also go to the bookstore at the Rockwood Commons mall. They have the EVO January issue where the C4S is chosen as the (almost) best car for the year. Nice reading with some good pictures to keep you drooling for another month or so...
