Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Guess not too many targa owners, jms.
modern day one-touch, no limit switches, can only be used if the "device", window say, moves evenly and with reasonably constant friction until it reaches the end of travel where the control electronics will then see a sharp rise in electrical drive current and thus "know" to shut off the drive power. The Targa top is traditionally so very subject to distortion and binding that the electronics would "falsely" turn the drive off at the first slight "bind", probably requiring multiple restarts before reaching the true end of travel.
