Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

25 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

http://jalopnik.com/5814011/this-is-...0-bullet-holes Sounds like owner had IMS failure and donated car to gun club. Warning, graphic video will make you wince.

POST 8Original post

posted almost as often as holes in that car... and does not include OT.

POST 9Original post

Pretty tough no parking laws around there. I imagine it was a confiscated car for drunk driving, drugs or such. Could be a newyorker tried handing the police a bribe after speeding. Actually since guns are involved it even more likely an out of stater tried hunting without a license and by law the gun and what got him there are confiscated and automatic property of the state. Game laws are harsh and slam a guy without a judge and jury. Sure gets the point across posting a video of shooting the car up. Heck maybe a guy is about to go through the final steps of his wife taking him for everything. She can have the car.

I searched first and couldn't find it. Sorry.

POST 11Original post

They should have parked a truck as a bigger target. Marksmen, they are not.

POST 12Original post

Yeah, there were more misses on the ground before the target! Lame shooting. Why part out a car and help your fellow enthusiasts? Another selfish Porsche driver!

POST 14Original post

Stupid and wasteful on so many levels. And gun owners wonder where the reputation comes from.

POST 16Original post

Definitely not a Rennlister - still had the pumpkins in front.

Of course it had to be an IMS failure.

POST 18Original post

Oh...and nice timing to bring up "gun rights".

POST 19Original post

They were crappy shooters. They fired as many shots into the ground as hit the car!

POST 20Original post

I agree I think they need to practice there seemed to be more rounds falling short than hitting the car.

POST 21Original post

Yes this seems incredibly wasteful and stupid but no more so than Hollywood destroying classic irreplaceable cars while making stupid movies. There are a finite number of Chevelles, Chargers, etc. (even 996's).

POST 22Original post

most of the cars used in Hollywood movies are not classics...they are junkers made to look like classics
