That is a Porsche rack, used to have one with my 2001 C4.

It is the Porsche bike rack. I have the OEM bike mount but prefer to use this mount that I bought from OZ. Definitely the best around in the market, probably 10 times better than the OEM. You can do drifting and go insanely fast with the bike hanging up safely. Mount and dismount takes less than a minute. I give it a big thumbs up for such a simple invention.
