Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I am planning to use a three spoke 996 steering wheel and airbag in my 993 and looking to find out: -Are the 986 and 996 steering wheels and airbags all compatible with each other? -What is the diameter of these wheels and are there any smaller diameter ones offered stock? -Are there any model year differences to look out for? Thank you for any help.
YES, I have a 99 Boxster and a 2000 911. The Boxster has the 4-spoke wheel and the 911 has the 3-spoke. I cannot say anything about putting one in anything other than a 986 or 996. Good Luck MNC-I
Yes the 3 spokes are all the same 996/986.
Any chance the 997 steering wheels and airbags are compatible with the 996/986?
