I am, by no means, an old fart but I certainly do realize I look silly in baggy jeans and ridiculously expensive striped shirts hanging out all over accept in the front so as not to cover up my really expensive designer belt buckle. But I am a game console addict. I have a Wii (with Wii Fit) and an Xbox360 and a Playstation 2 (PS3 just doesn't do anything for me since GT5 is licensed so horribly). I am a grown man, FCS, how embarrassing! Especially, when you consider I have no children... With that off my chest, I just bagged myself the xBox steering wheel with pedals. Forced feedback and Tiptronic pedals. THIS THING ROCKS WITH FORZA2!! I have a 2005 911 GT3 Cup car and the realism is amazing. I play on a 52" Sharp Aquos LCD with the video set to 1080i. When the car under steers the wheel feels just like it and the car acts accordingly. Same with over-steer. I can now rag the crap out of my GT3 and then go for a calming ride in the '00 C2 without a guilty conscience. I know it isn't the real thing but I get my track day fix on the Aprilia which is far cheaper to fix than the Porsche, and honestly, dragging a knee through turns 1, 5, 6 and 12 at Road A is a pretty sweet feeling, too. Any other closet gamers out there??
