Do I need a security code for my CDR 220 to install it in another car? Reason I am asking is I am selling mine on Ebay and someone asked if they required a security code to install it. Thanks

Can a buyer get the security code from Porsche or the manufacturer?

Most Porsche dealerships will get the code for their customers, some won't. Becker ( http://www.beckerautosound.com ) will sell the code for $30.00. Most sellers on eBay tell the buyers they don't have the code but they can get it through the above means. Good luck....

not sure why anyone would want to buy one. Mine is terrible. homemade CDs skip, no matter what quality blanks I use... almost no AM reception after dark, and FM reception isn't great either
