Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

My cab window is ungluing at the bottom. What do do?

Do a search, this has been covered many many times.

POST 3Original post

Magnus, once that sucker comes unglued you are pretty much SOL. No an easy thing at all to "re-glue" it.

POST 4Original post

I think you really only have two options: 1) get a new top, or 2) take it to a shop that does car upholstry and tops to see if they can sew it back in. The second option may not be feasable, but might be worth checking out. I don't have a cab, but my sister had a drop top toyota (or something) and she had her plastic window replaced (sewn in) by an auto upholstry shop and the cost was $200.

I had that happen to my Cab last year and I had a place that does convetible tops sew it in. It cost me $250 in San Diego. A few things to note: the entire top has to be removed in order to get the window in the position for sewing; the entire window must be sewn to prevent to rest of the top from pulling away from the glue; sometimes it is better to have them sew in a new window if the original is in bad shape(scratched, yellowed, etc).
