Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I would be interested as well. I'm down om LI but love to get out. I can tell you that there are a ton of back roads in the catskills. Taconic Pkway is beautiful drive but be forewarned - the officers love it as well.
There are tons of roads within minutes of where you live. You need only work up the courage to "cross the river". Rockland, Orange(Riad's neck of the woods), and Ulster counties. Even the lakes region of Jersey. Google Earth can be you friend. Also, keep an eye out on the various forums as there are quite a few runs organized up your way.
Take a drive to Bear Mtn. That was my favorite when I lived in Queens. Lots of twisties in that area compared to the rest of the NYC area. From Queens, take the Hutch up to 287, then from 287 hit 9/9a north and cross the Bear Mtn. bridge. There are a good number of twisties around there, but make sure your radar detector is on (cops galore) and you go early to avoid traffic. From there you can head back via the Palisades and do a nice loop. http://maps.live.com/default.aspx?v=...&scene=2039433 Have Fun! 911fiend
