Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Title says it all: Any US folks here ever imported to the States... a car that was originally sold in Canada? I've had lots of US based interest in my GT3, but nobody seems to have any idea what's involved in the importation process... especially me!! Any tips or pointers would be appreciated!! Thanks!

POST 2Original post

It has to go into U.S. quarantine for 6 months with a pack of dogs haha. Then it has to have the pumpkins removed, updated front and rear bumpers and side skirts, slammed down, and the IMS bearing upgraded before it is allowed on the roads in America. Lets lighten up here folks. Sorry I don't know. SCHNELL might know though. He seems to know quite a lot.

Thanks for noticing, Hurdi. However, I regret that I must disappoint you in this instance, as I'm ignorant of the protocol for importing autos.
