just upgraded to motons so i have a set of H&R coilovers for sale, in excellent condition from my 996C2. originally purchased from the tire rack, were installed in february and removed in july. probably 4000 miles on them. comes with wrenches too. $1200 OBO. will take paypal. local buyers preferred (SF bay area)
How was the ride? What would you say is their worst deficiency (if any). What's the major upgrade in motons?
the ride was great. you get a firmer, planted feel from the h&rs. compared to the h&rs, stock will feel vague and unresponsive, bouncy too. well, retail price of motons are 3x the retail price of the h&rs. the motons are double adjustable (compression and rebound adjustment) whereas the h&rs are not. i think the un-adjustability of the h&rs are the only drawback.
