I had the euro GT3 seats in my CAB. Fantastic seats, especially if you go to the track!

GT3's in the US come stock with the US Sport seat option. These are supportive seat with the shoulder level "wings" and deeper bolsters. However they still "fold" down. The Euro seats are a fixed, hard back seat with placement for harnesses.
