Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

19 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Carbon parts as per pics fits 996 up to 2002. Installation with included ultra strong 3M double sided tape. Very nice and unique parts! Price: USD 380 + shipping. PM me if you are interested. Ciao, J.

POST 3Original post

Do these have the studs as well as the tape so that you can bolt them to the body?

yea bro some say it looks tacked on... dude a wing is tacked on. it is tacked on. it gives the rear a much needed wider look and without these, the car looks out of balance when the side skirts, front spoiler and wing fill out all the other areas of the car. it's like a pocket square... it's the finishing touch often overlooked

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I should add that these are brand new, never used. Superb carbon finish which is difficult to see in the picture. I intended to install them myself but as my car already has the OEM pieces, the bumper had already shaped itself after the holes where the studs passed through the bumper and the nut was tightened and hence not 100% flush. Demon, no studs and require the supplied 3M double sided tape or alternatively rivets or tape & rivets. Wings are double sided taped or glued on from factory on many cars today so I don't see a problem installing these pieces. Ciao, J.

MK I Aero owners, these wings are the perfect finish to your kit and at a great price, just paint them:

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have side mirrors, fuel door and roof spoiler in carbon so these would have been a nice finnishing touch unpainted! Ciao, J.

OT: what do you know about the piece that goes behind the intake openings on the GT3 wing that apparently was on the RS model, it's called a ram air intake scopp or something like that? (when I say behind, I mean closer to you when standing behind the car)

I have the FVD scoop on my GT3 and it feels a bit more responsive in speeds exceeding 150 km/h.

FVD, is that the name of it or the manufacturer? Got any part numbers/links/pics? Thanks in advance m8

POST 19 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

It's the manufacturer, check www.fvd-usa.com
