Depressing, isn't it? It reflects the reality of winter in Boston without a garage. I probably drive my car less than Phil now.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Haha, it's funny.
Plus, the cover hides the fact that it's a Tip, so I can go all winter without hearing any jokes about my sexual orientation or gender.
At least your car is off the street in Boston and has some protection under the cover.Winter has arrived early this year in New England.
Damn, that looks cold. It's supposed to be 73 degrees here tomorrow.

Geez ... it really is depressing. Sorry man.
Mine has always been a winter one.
My wife and I bought our first house in Scarsdale NY. The house was perfect except for a one car detached garage that was 100 years old. When I bought my 2001 C4 I used to just keep it in the driveway... I remember shoveling 10" of snow off the car and driving it to work Damn Germans live in the snow, they're going to engineer a car that can take the elements.

Good points, all, about the driveability in winter. That's not what keeps it idle. The summer tires and the fifty feet of iced-over alley are what keeps it idle. That, and the fact that I walk to work.
Well, here's my Winter pic

Damn you must have some serious prehistoric mosquitoes where you live.

It's a photo shop of the car with and without the cover. The layer with the cover is at 50% transparency.

I need one of those! we do have serious prehistoric mosquitoes. The name of our newspaper is the Mosquitoe... but at least I drove my car today.

I drove mine too. It was 40 degrees today, so I chipped the ice off the cover and slid out of the alley. Aside from almost spinning out on Soldiers Field Road, it was fun!
yeah, I know - today was nice and tempting to go and drive, but I know that it's going to rain for the next few days, then we're pushing into the time when it's too cold to be outside detailing the car.

The C4 just won't spin, it slides with power so predictably. The snow tires get a little squiggly over 110, though (but they have handled 130). err.. that's 110 chipmunks per fathom, just to be clear.
Here is my car in the winter. In the Garage all winter long.
