Crap. My steering wheel has a loose kind of knocking or clicking feeling when moving the steering wheel left and right a little bit while sitting still. Not noticeable while driving but I'm sure it's there and affecting handling to a minor degree. My dealer will get the car next week to get into it further but the tech said he has not seen a bad column since 1997. Leave it to me. Any ideas?

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
