Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

You should be able to sell those parts on ebay with no problem. The only Porsche specific part that I see is the custom fiberglass enclosure. You also have to be realistic about what you want to get for these parts. Second hand audio parts are always cheap. I just sold my entire Eclipse Nav unit and changer on ebay for only $390. That's it! So try again on ebay, and maybe lower the starting bid a bit.
Thank you! I really don't have patience for the "Non-Porsche" people on ebay. I hope that someone who has recently purchased a 996 will see the need to upgrade the stereo - as I did - and will find value in the fact that I've already taken more than a 50% hit on this. Anyway, thanks for your comments.
I am intrested in your JL's - can you post pics? Where in FL do you live?? I am in Palm Beach county
Weissach - I hope that wasn't a AVN 2454 that you just sold for $390! If it was I was asleep at the switch. I have been looking for one for my cab and haven't seen anything under $1700 even on e-bay. If it was the AVN why would you sell - that is a great head unit???
I would like to take a look at some photos of the entire system. I am researching and shopping around for a system to upgrade the Porsche system. Will the sub enlosures fit in a cabriolet? My email is [email removed]
