I just walked past someone in their '99-'01 black 996 cab with 18" lightweights near Fuddruckers on that little side street (Jefferson, I believe) between 18th and 19th Streets, N.W. I was with one of my partners, and I said I could learn a lot about the driver by asking three questions: 1. Are you a member of PCA? 2. Do you ever visit Rennlist, Dorkiphus or Pelican? 3. Have you ever tracked your car? So, was it you, and if so, what are the answers to the questions?
