Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

What do you guys think of this wheel? I have been looking for an aftermarket 5 spoke style wheel with a decent lip for a while. These are ~ $250 each - don't know the weight yet but comes in perfect sizes/offsets for NB 996. I've seen some Moda wheels on 928's but not on a 996 - maybe their is a reason? Thanks

POST 3Original post

not bad...I think some have put them on Boxsters.....its made by BBS.

POST 5Original post

A little on the "blah" side. They don't do much for me.

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Agreed..I just saw some on a 996 and they were very forgettable.

POST 7Original post

What sizes are these wheels size and width/ front and rear. Also How much of a lip do they have.

POST 8Original post

Not very interesting...what about Kinesis F110s?

POST 9Original post

prolly a bit on the heavy side, despite being made by bbs.

POST 10Original post

fair price but I agree that the stlye is average at best.

POST 11 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

They are exact OEM size & offset for Mk1 - not sure about the lip. Kinesis is a beautiful wheel but I really what a 5 spoke pattern with a decent lip. I want something a little more aggressive instead of "class" or "bling." I've now decided on fikse profile 5's or TM 5's....hopefully I can find them used.
