Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

And now...so am I ******-F%#er!!!! Damn it!!! Here's the story. I get there. Happy, happy happy. I walk in, the rep greets me. Hands shake. He says, "lets walk out and take a look." We walk out and the first thing I see it a 1 inch long gouge in the bumper. WHAT THE F%#K! He says, "please tell that is not a scratch." Um...yeah it is... Jesus...whatever happened to "be proud of the work you do?" You know, why would you even let it go out the door, if it has a gouge in the bumper? Typical monday...stay tuned. C.

i'm sorry to hear.. but it sounds like ya don't have much patience.. 2 weeks isn't that long really... you wouldn't like to have my 996.. mine was in the porsche dealer for 3 months straight last year.. (among the other 120 days it was in the shop periodically) not to say i was happy about it, but sh*t happens.. and in my case.. lots of and lots of elephants taking very large ones at that...

Thanks guys. My frustration lies in the fact they released the car with the gouge in it. If they called me and said, sorry it got scratched, I would have been fine. The point is I traveled 1/2 hour from work to get the car. All-in-all, the cover looks fantastic otherwise. I can't wait to get the skirts on. C.
