Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hello All, Rear speaker covers cracked. Picked up a new pr of rear speakers for $80 on Ebay. Any idea how to switchout the covers? Thanks in advance

POST 2Original post

very, two hex screws that hold the covers to the body of the speaker. 20 second job Good luck

POST 3Original post

Yes it is easy. The only thing I had to be careful about was with my Bose speakers there is a small capacator which locates in the grille which is connected to the speaker with two flimsy wires that could very easily break. Take your time and you shouldn't have an issue.
