Hello, I have the shocks and springs for sale (no away bars) from my 40th car for sale. 7,000 miles, excellent condition. $500 shipped. Moved into a sub 2k mile GT3. Will also have a brey krause harness bar (bose speaker cab version) for sale shortly as soon as I get the mounts from the other car. thanks

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Now that you have moved up to the GT3, get your tail over to the GT3 forum and post some pics of that new (to you) speed yellow beauty! Of course, SY adds 10hp
vtwin... I'm interested if ride height is also lowered. Should fit a 2003 NB right?

USA standard and sport (M030) suspensions have the same ride height.

Interesting. I have a buyer for my 40th and am thinking about the same move.
Doug, Thx for the info. Will have to save up my pebbles & rocks for coilovers.
What is the actual difference between the US M030 & stock on a 2002 Coupe? I've read just a stiffer rear setup..is that correct?
In a nutshell, USA M030 and Standard have same ride height but USA M030 has stiffer springs (146 v 170 F and 203 v 260 R) and slightly thicker ARB's.

As Dell said, the overall stiffness is increased but the bias is toward a stiffer rear in an attempt to lessen the tendency toward understeer in the standard suspension. This article has a wealth of information on the differences: http://www.pca.org/panorama/sample_article_3.html
Ahhh..but you really do need the thicker sways to be correct...

Yes. And the supplemental springs (bumpstops) and struts and shocks.

vtwin996, Can you post a part number or a pic of the B-K harness bar? I'm not sure which one it is. Was it in the 40th? If so, what seats were you using? Thanks.
Hey guys, Sorry for the delayed response. I have been traveling and work is quite busy. I still want to wait to get the BK Harness bar components from the other car before I post an add for that item so I dont have the part number but it was for the 996 cab or coupe for bose speakers. The mounts are differemt. Hey Dell-I will be able to get pics this weekend. Thanks for Doug referencing the Panorama article. I have had both the x74 and the usa m030. The ride height of x74 is much lower and the car rides just as compliant (imho) to the x74. The m030 versus the stock c2 suspension makes a pretty big difference in body roll if you don;t want you car ROW m030 or X74.
