Roll call for who can make it? Also.....Don't mean to sound stupid but I have to ask since I have heard many different names for many different bars, etc., but you are referring to the actual parking garage structure correct adn not a place called the "Top Floor Garage"? Sounds like a good spot as long as it is empty up there

Delfrisco's - on Paradise Rd, excellent, little pricey. Ventano's - in Green Valley, quiet, good food, view of the city (my neighborhood favorite) The District - at Green Valley Ranch, has a bunch of different restaurants and the casino right there Just a few I can think of right now...maybe someone else has a few other suggestions.
