I was pulling my mufflers, to get the PSE hack done, (since the car is up on the lift for a while, waiting for my oil pan to come in) and decided it might be easier to undo those 3 bolts that hold it in place to the bracket, if I removed the coil packs shield from the engine. It is held on by 2 10mm bolts. When I removed the shield from the drivers side of the engine, a tube of what appears to be heat reflective fabric, with a strip of velcro on it, fell out! It forms a tube about 1 1/4 inch in diameter about 8 inches long. Anyone with any idea where it is supposed to go??!! Thanks!

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.
