Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

i saw a good deal on ebay and i'm trying to confirm the fit.

POST 2Original post

Dunno what the part number is, but if you want great painted centers, take a look at Ralph Boothe no turn center caps - [phone removed]. Great quality stuff....

POST 3Original post

You can also get Ralph Boothe products through Rennlist: https://rennlist.com/direct/ As to the factory parts, here are the numbers: 993.361.303.09 - up to 1999 model year 993.361.303.10 - from 2000 model year

POST 4Original post

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

take a look at this ebay link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33744 it seems to be a great price. however, the part number doesn't match anything you guys posted here or what my dealer had on his books. the seller said they will fit an 02 with stock wheels. of course, he's in germany...what does he care if he's wrong i like the booth stuff, but it's a little pricey for me. the guy also has five of them which sounds a little fishy.

POST 6Original post

Close to $120.00 once it's all said and done. . . . plus whatever time it takes to get them. . . . "did you say 2-5 weeks?" Good Luck! -Eli

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

actually, if you look at the top of the pelican parts link, the ebay ad part number does match the part number on pelican page. appears to be for my year and model as well. maybe it's legit... not sure what the 2-5 weeks is for? thanks everybody. i think i may go for this one. cheapest i can find them anywhere else is $180. these will be around $120 shipped.

POST 8Original post

Let us know how this pans out for you.... Good Luck!

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

the factory emblems on the hood and steering wheel are the gold crest right? i don't have the car with me at work today.

POST 11Original post

You can go silver for the hood as an option. Little more $$$ (around $80)

POST 12 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

the auction is for gold crest caps. might as well keep everything the same. don't really want to change out the hood. i like the gold on my speed yellow. if i had black or grey, i may consider the silver.

POST 13 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

thanks again. i went ahead and bought them. they guy has been really good about returning my emails and answering my questions this morning. he still has four more sets for anyone that's interested. he is a german auto parts detailer in germany. i'll let you know how it turns out. hopefully i didn't just get screwed for $120
