Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi guys....its taken me a while to post this, but finally got around to take pics of the new ride. I sold my 05-C4S and purchased a 03-TT in the Naples, FL area. For those that remember my C4S, this new TT is almost identicle. The car has 35k, the exterior is painted in guard's red with black leather interior and has the factory aero kit. The sport seat backs are painted as well in guards red. The interior also has some carbon fiber parts such as steering wheel, shifter, and hand brake lever. The car is fun to drive, but I am still trying to get used to the hydraulic assist clutch, it is real soft in comparison to the NA 996.

POST 2Original post

Man, that is one beautiful ride. I'm looking for the exact same car. Mind if I ask how much you paid?

POST 4Original post

You bought a well kept car it seems. Absolutely impeccable. That's my dream some day to own a TT. Enjoy my friend. Jay

POST 5Original post

is it a X50? you will become crazed with the new found power I like the leather rear console

POST 6Original post

Very nice and clean!. Get the Sachs stage 2 clutch w/LWFW...that will fix the soft clutch problem. Interesting...aluminum race floor boards and yet stock clutch and brake pedal...What performance mods? Congrats, and see you over on the TT board.

POST 7Original post

manny, you have great aesthetic taste - i'm big on options and you got the key ones covered such as the colored backed sport seats and and the CF bits and of course teh biggest of them all the aerokit. it makes or breaks the ownership experience. well done and enjoy in great health!

POST 8 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks for comments guys. I paid 74k for the car and is CPO until June of 09. The car right now is stock, but am planning some mods for the near future. When installing the alum. pedal, I broke two drill bits and that is why it looks unfinished, but am planning to complete this week.

POST 10Original post

Manny - I hate you! AWESOME car man! IMO, you should consider adding aluminum gauge rings. That would break up the all black dash and make the gauges "pop" visually. Sweet ride! PS - I still hate you!

POST 11Original post

bingo....that is my dream car........to trade up to. Awesome. Enjoy

POST 12Original post

Yes it won't be long before you begin the mods Very beautiful car. Enjoy!!

POST 13Original post

Love the TT!! Wish I had sport seats!!! Enjoy 'er!

POST 14Original post

MY02-03 Turbos are a GREAT deal right now. You paid half of what that car was new. I'd sure ditch those aluminum floor pans. That car is screaming for a nice set of Lloyd's mats in black with "turbo" in red stitching... -Charles

POST 17 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Charles: I am one step ahead of you. I have the Lloyds underneath the floor pans. Forgot to remove the pans before taking pics.

POST 18Original post

dont forget, stop by once in a while and say hello to the lowly c2/c4/c4s guys... beautiful ride, enjoy!

POST 19Original post

Gorgeous ride! And of course it's the right color! Congrats.
